When a printer can’t work: Troubleshooting

When Lounge member LukeSBE couldn’t enable printer sharing, he knew it wasn’t the printer’s fault — the problem was in Vista’s Network and Sharing Center.

After some discussion in the Windows Vista forum, a question about his firewall gave LukeSBE the necessary clue.
