Your mother might fix your computer

When Lounge member RverDick wrote to the Hardware forum about his laptop’s over-sensitive touch pad, he received perfectly sensible advice.

RverDick plans to follow those suggestions — one of these days. But he’s also happy to post back a solution — devised by his 92-year-old mother. It works, he says, thanks to his mother’s practicality.
