Free source code documenter

Doxygen is a free, open source documentation system for C++, C, Java, PHP and C# programs, amongst others. It generates documentation in HTML, PDF, RTF, PostScript and a number of other formats including compressed HTML which is compatible with Microsoft Help format. The documentation is produced from the source code. For undocumented code, Doxygen will automatically document the source code structure using a variety of dependence, inheritance and collaboration diagrams. Doxygen was developed under Linux but executables for Windows 9x/NT and Mac OS X are available. http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/index.html
