    Live Mail (Any)

I have NOT tried out "Live Mail" but I see that it has been suggested to try it out. I have found NO good description or how to use any place.
Can some one provide a GOOD link that will provide better information than "combine Gmail and Yahoo mail"?

Is the mail stored locally or on a Live Mail server?
    What about POP3 accounts?

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    Re: Live Mail (Any)

Windows Live Mail is a stand-alone mail program, like Outlook and Outlook Express, and unlike a web mail application such as GMail or (Windows Live) Hotmail. Your e-mails are stored locally, so you can also read them while you're offline.

Not really much info here: Windows Live Mail
As far as I can tell, you can use Pop3 in WLM.
