How do you increase the number of events showing in a date box when the calendar is showing the monthly view?
Regardless of the number of events in a given day, my personal calendar shows me only one event per day when I am in the Month view. My co-worker's calendar shows him only four events per day.

A down arrow in the date box indicates that there are more events on a date but clicking on the arrow takes us into the daily calendar view. Is there an option for seeing all events on a date while in the monthly calendar view?
