I work with multiple shared calendars for two different teams in addition to my own calendar. What works for me is to open my calendar into two new windows and overlay that team's individual members calendars (overlay is awesome!). That way I can quickly switch between windows to view a teams activities without having to spend several minutes reconfiguring calendar view. But the next morning I have to start all over again. I tried creating a custom view, but I cannot figure out how to attach team member's calendars to the view. Any suggestions?
