    Distribution (1997)

I have a survey form built in Access. We send the simplified database to users, they complete the form and send it back. We then append the response table from their database to our master table. We are now running into users who don't have Access. We need them to complete the survey but without Access loaded, I am stuck. I heard of a stand-alone version that can be created for non-Access users but found no information. Any suggestions are welcome.

There is a runtime version of Access you can distribute if you have the Office Developer Edition. However, this seems like overkill for what you described; and besides, it can be somewhat of a pain. I think your best bet would be to create a VB application that utilizes an Access database.
