I'm still a Word 2003 user, but I am working out an office routine for someone using Word 2007 (and unshiftable backwards).

It involves mail merges with an Access database. The queries in the database have something like 50 items in them, and Word 2003 works fine with them. Word 2007, however, refuses to see more than 10 records. My guess is that Microsoft have introduced some safety mechanism that I have to work round in order to get the whole list, but I can't see what to do. Has anyone got any ideas.
