    How do I activate RDC as in pic. on my W7 Home Prem PC?

    You can't. Only Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise can host an RDC session.

    Hi Joe, RDC is built-in on my laptop Vista H Prem and W7 H Prem Desktop. Why have it included if not able to use it?

    You have the client piece not the server piece. The client program allows you to connect to a different PC, called the RDC server whether it is really a server or not, that supports an RDC connection. So, if you had a machine at work that would support an RDC connection you could connect to it from your Vista or Win7 home premium PCs. The first question in the FAQ linked to in my prior post explains the connection limits. Those limits were the same for Vista.
