    I run Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit. Windows and all applications I run work fine with my printer (HP Photosmart C6380 All-In-One) EXCEPT my Quicken 2000 program. I suspect the age of my Quicken program may be the problem, but I'm not sure. I want to print checks but when I send the print job on its way there is zero response from the printer, no lights, no sounds . . . nothing. When I check the print queue the print job does not show up.
    Quicken and the printer worked just fine when I was running Windows XP, but when I upgraded to Windows 7 Quicken printing no longer worked (at least with checks).
    Any ideas?

    Steven, Welcome to the Lounge.

    I believe there is no question it is the Quicken app. I use Quicken 2008 Deluxe and it works just fine with my Win 7 64 Bit PC. Since Quicken is a 32 Bit app (at least my copy is) then you should not have a problem if you upgrade your Quicken. According to the Win 7 Compatibility Center some versions of 2008 , all 2009 and 2010 are compatible. It doesn't even mention 2000. I think it's time to upgrade.
