I sent out several e-mails to a group of people in HTML format -- including a copy back to myself. My copy, and seemingly all others are delievered fine (no complaints at least) except for one recipient that says they are coming as plain text with attachemnts.

How come? Is there a solution here?

    Regards,
    Chuck Billow

If the recipient is an Outlook contact you might have it set to send plain text for that contact.

It could be the recipient's mail program or settings.
