Eudora on a Win7 64bit system. Been using Eudora since 1995 and it contains a history of my life's communication so I'm not planning to switch anytime soon. I know that no one can explain why Eudora suddenly and mysteriously hangs. I can live with that. But I was wondering if anyone knows why I can't relaunch Eudora after it hangs unless I totally reboot my system. After it hangs, I routinely open the Task Manager and shut down the eudora.exe*32 application and process tree. But when I try to launch again without rebooting, all I get in Eudora's splash screen. There must be some other file open that causes Eudora to think that it already has one instance of the application running. Does anyone know what else I need to do?
