I have a windows 7 professional laptop that belongs to a workgroup called workgroup. There are between 3 and 5 members in this workgroup. There is also a domain that contains approximately 25 members (Server, PC's, printers, plotters etc).

When I click on Start, the select Network, all workgroup members show up but the domain members sometimes show up and sometimes don't. There does not seem to be any correlation between when they do and when they don'. One day its all fine, the next day I don't see anyone.

I still have complete access, I can access the server, print to any of the printers etc. so there is no loss of functionality, just curious what setting or protocol controls this behavior.
