Well, here i am already dumping my problems. I have a Dell Dimension 4600 series, Window XP Professional, IE8. The problem i am having is when i am on the Internet and i go to download a program i get a error saying that " You are unable to connect to the Internet ". I have tried shutting down the Firewall and it stays on. I do have Comcast as my Server and it uses Norton 360 and i have uninstalled it. I have System Mechanic 10 and even when i run it for virus's, it puts on a notice that i am " unable to download updates " . So anybody have any ideas for this WV stumpjumper
