    powerpoint show narration

I recorded a powerpoint presentation with the narration and saved the thing at the end as a powerpoint show. All good. Well... Not so good. In fact none of the audio is audible.

However, I recorded the audio on a separate recorder: it is audible!

Any way of substituting the audio recorded in the PPS with the audio from my other source?

(NB. I can't just use the audio separately because the PPS records the "timings": I need the audio and the slides in sync with their random timings intact...)

ps. using Powerpoint 2003 but I have access to 2010 if that is necessary.

    Thanks

    Richard

Change the name of your .pps file to .ppt, that will allow you to edit it. Replace the sound file.
