    Security Update for Vista kb2378111

After installing Tuesday's patches, I was prompted to install Security Update KB2378111, which dates back to October, 2010. As far as I could tell, I've been up to date with the patches, and have not been prompted for this one in the recent past. Has anyone else had this happen?

well, check to see if you already have it installed. Open Control Panel, select Programs & Features and from the Programs and Features dialog box, click on Installed Updates. If KB2378111 is already listed, you can just hide it and prevent Windows Update from offering it again. If it isn't listed there, just download it and install it.

btw, KB237811 is a security update for Windows Media Player.
