    DivX Player Version 7.2

I have always been able to burn DivX files (and other video formats) to DVD using DivX Player version 7.2.The great thing about the program is that it is simple to use and can fit many files onto a standard DVD.I just insert a blank DVD,and then drag and drop the files I want to burn onto the "disk" on the right of the program window and click Burn. The program window first says initialising and then burning and shows the burn progress and ejects the disk on completion. Now however when I insert a blank DVD,and add the files to be burned the program IMMEDIATELY says "you have successfully burned....files to disk",and the disk remains blank. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but it made no difference. The program website says no customer support is available for version 7.2 and I don't want to update the program because the updated version does not include the burning engine.

If anyone can tell me how to resolve this problem I would be very grateful.

    Thanks and regards, Roy

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program again, and I am pleased to say it now works normally.
