How can I tell if I have a “WDDM 1.0 or higher driver”?

How can I tell if I have a “WDDM 1.0 or higher driver”?

I’m trying to decide if my old Dell PC that I bought in 2004 will run Windows 8. This PC seems to meet all the hardware requirements (barely) except that I’m not sure about:

DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

I did find the following hardware description of the graphics system on this PC. DirectX 9.0 is mentioned but WDDM 1.0 is NOT mentioned. Can anyone tell me if the driver on this system is “WDDM 1.0” or how to find out? And if it’s NOT “WDDM 1.0” what can I do about it? Thanks !! Here's the report from the Control Panel:

It might not. According to this MS Community Forum you need 128 Mb of VRam to be compliant for Win 7. It appears your VRam is max of 64 Mb. But then again Win 8 does utilize memory better.

What I would say is make an Image of your present installation so you can restore, then try the Win 8 RP beta and see what happens.
