I am running XP-Pro SP3 and Office 2000. Call me a Luddite.

I have a Word document created by converting a PDF to RTF. The process resulted in most of the text being placed in 'frames.' I can remove them by carefully clicking, then right clicking on the frame and electing the option 'Remove frame.'

Is there a way to remove all the frames from the document and retain images that are part of the document?

I've discovered that I can "select all,' 'copy,' and then 'paste without formatting' to a new document.
