I have an issue with some of the users that remote from home into their Exchange Outlook 2010 Email Accounts.

I find every time that they are not able to connect to their email accounts after typing in their credentials it displays the message Disconnected.

Even after resetting their passwords still the same thing. Its only after I go into Account settings->Email (tab) then click Change. Then click the More Settings

button then click the Connections Tab

then finally to Exchange Proxy settings

only to find that the Use this URL to connect has a different URL

and the

Only connect to proxy servers that have the principal name in their certificate also has a different address inside the field box.

I want to know why these settings are changing and are not persistent .
