    Outlook 2013 Stops working intermittently

    We have a computer that has Office 2013 Home/Small Business installed. Outlook will intermittently stop working with the error "Microsoft Outlook has stopped working". It asked to check online and restart or just restart. If you clear the error box, Outlook continues to work fine. This is the only PC we have with this problem. Other people running the same software have no issues. We are connected to an Exchange 2007 Server. Any ideas?

    Hi Rmallen7,

    In such cases, firstly open Microsoft Outlook in safe mode and disable the third party plug-ins and add-ins because such plug-ins mainly cause the disturbance in Outlook. Corruption in Outlook profile and account can also raise such issues. I will also prefer you to recreate an Outlook profile.

    Apart from the above given suggestion, Outlook has lots of negative factors (reasons) which can produce these types of errors like:

    Connectivity with server
    Antivirus/Firewall Settings
    Corruption in Outlook Data File and so on.
