    Win8 "news" app on 7

I enjoy the variety of new I get when I click on the "news" selection in WIN 8.1. I would like to see the same selection with my win 7 laptop. is there a way to do that ?

Joe is 100% correct. Metro/Modern/Universal apps like the News app can only be run on Windows 8 and above.

cranerw3156, was the news mostly coming from BBC or NPR? You can make audio links and video links within your favorite browser -- and simply click said desired link when you're ready to listen and/or watchNlisten. Of course, only one such news link should be played at a time At home, I have BBC, NPR & calmradio "buttons."
