    Chrome and tls

A while ago there was a bit of a hooha about tls and it was advised to start Chrome as per the string below.

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --ssl-version-min=tls1

Is this still necessary? I have the latest version and I would prefer to start it from the taskbar rather than as above, from the desktop. Not that I use it all that often.

That switch is to disable fall back to SSL V3 (poodle attacks). Chrome probably has it built-in by now.

    cheers, Paul

Thanks Paul, you can remove 'probably'. It would appear that it was removed in v40. Chrome is now v42.
