Since upgrading to IE 11 on our Windows 7 Pro computers, any print jobs we do using IE 11 won't collate the printouts. Instead of printing pages 1-2-3 etc., we get pages 1-1-1, 2-2-2, 3-3-3 ,etc. Some of our print jobs have enough pages to make manual collating a royal, time consuming pain.

We are a small financial business so we don't have a service contract with Microsoft. When I contact them to get support, I am told I must do so on-line. MS wants us to pay $499 for the priveledge of helping me fix the problem their required upgrade created. If that wasn't bad enough, when I finally get to the point where I enter the credit card info, their website stalls - no error listed - it just refuses to enter the info.

I was wondering if anyone on this forum has any experience with this problem or any ideas on how to alleviate it.
