    Outlook/live email trouble

I sent a picture from my straight talk cell phone to my account. I tried to save as to send it to my desktop. The only option that came up was copy. Copied to my desktop, but the extension is .eml. Is there a way to convert it to a jpg (free)?

I'm not sure I understand your problem.
On your desktop computer, if you log onto your account, can you read the email with the picture in it?
If you can see the image, then you should be able to right-click it (anywhere on the picture) and choose from a list of options. Is "copy" the only option that gives you?
If you can select "copy" then you should be able to open Paint (or some other picture viewer) and "paste" the copy of the picture. Once you have the picture in Paint (or Irfanview or whatever) then you should be able to "save as" and choose from JPG, PNG, etc.

    I hope this helps.
