    Trip to Marseille

Fork it... I've decided that a trip to Marseille is a good idea (it's the home of 'Pastis 51' so... hint, I'm going to be filling up).

I have a 5-seater Nissan Qashqai and live in Bristol.

If any of you loungers fancy a few days away then let me know.

    Let's party!

If you can go via Florida, I'm in!

Seriously though, that's quite a long drive from UK to Marseille n'est-ce pas?

According to ViaMichelin it's 1400km, takes >13 hours and cost 200 in tolls and fuel. Add the return journey plus maybe 150 for the ferry and we're up to 550 - 600. No wonder you want a friend along.

    cheers, Paul

Nope, I've driven from Bristol to Honfleur before. Marseille will be just a little bit further (OK, a lot further). And I think (hope) I now have a fellow traveller (stupid person ) so that will make the trip more interesting. ROFL

Passport photos and drivers license photos act as a beauty mirror. Everyone looks ugly in them. You only need be concerned if you look good in a passport photo, as that is strong proof that you are ugly IRL!

Just because you don't know where you are going doesn't mean any road will get you there.
