    Flash Plug-In

How do I unblock the Flash Plug-In on the attachment window?

Your browser blocks it if it's an old / insecure version. Download the latest, close the browser and run the update.

I did that, and it's still showing the plug-in is being blocked in the "Manage Attachments" window. I am using Chrome. Is it maybe because "Attachments" on the "Go Advanced" toolbar is still not working properly?

I can't see a Manage Attachments window in Chrome. How do you view it?

    cheers, Paul

Chrome started blocking flash around version 59.x.xxx. The only way to get around it is when you are on a site that requires flash, it will usually tell you that you need to install flash so click on install flash and a chrome window will open asking if you want to allow this site to run flash. You must have the latest flash installed on your system though.
At least that's been my experience but YMMV
