Running with Norton AntiVirus "email protection" and ZoneAlarm "MailSafe" both enabled. Four accounts, two resident and two forewarded from a canceled isp during a switchover period. One of the forwarded accounts often will not complete the download resulting in those items not being cleared from that account. So the same items download each time the server is checked for new mail. All the other accounts complete. This of course does not happen every time, but eventially it happens again.

To clear that account requires shutting down both NA & ZA protection. The error message is as follows:

"A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'xxx', Server: '', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19" (Account 'xxx' is an alias for this

The protection from timeouts in NA is enabled and does not seem to be a problem with the other accounts.
