    South Carolina or South Pole?

    Hey Y'all,

Just thought I'd post a couple of pics on the biggest snow storm we've seen here in the 16 years we've been here in South Carolina. We've had 3/4 dustings in the past but this time we got 3.75 inches in a little over 4 hours. Last nights overnight low was 15 degrees the coldest we've seen also. It's been below freezing overnight for the last week and predicted to be the same for the next week, again the longest stretch since we've been here. Enjoy.

15, almost warm in the rest of the world.
Can't be the South Pole, you have trees.

Keith (of Southend fame) would like this but he's in the Caribbean and a trifle warmer than you. -9 (in real money) is quite cold, I've experienced -23 in this country, and I've observed -10 as well. 9.5 cm of snow isn't much, but it would paralyse this country! Is the little lake Ox Swamp

I thought that Erie PA got the largest amount of snow recently? Just five feet!

PS I thought that "The Weathermen (band) were a semi-satirical Belgian electronic and pop group"...

Access, we're close to OX Swamp (Revolutionary War Historical Site) but the lake in the picture is Pine Lake part of our community.

My Brother & Sister in Law just got back from spending 2 weeks in Brighton with their son's family and they said it was cold!.

Nephew just put their house on the market for $400,000 BP!, that's $531,772 USD, for 755.84179 sq. ft. ($703.55 per sq. ft.) UNBELIEVEABLE, how do you Brits do it? I'd hate to see what that space would cost in London!
