A coworker sent an e-mail, and received a reply. He is now trying to reply back, but whenever he hits the reply button, the only part of the message that shows is what he originally wrote. It's missing the reply he received.

We've checked the appropriate Tools/Options/E-mail Options/On replies and forwards, but that has not made any difference (we've also closed and reopened Outlook, and rebooted the computer).

Any ideas anyone? Thanks!
