One of the users on our network is having trouble receiving outside email messages (any message from within the company works fine). When she presses the send/receive button it checks within the company first then checks messages on our server and the message "A message could not be delivered. Make sure there is sufficient memory and disk space and that the message store is accessible, then try again."
There is plenty of disk space and I have deleted a ton of messages that were in different files but it still gives the same message.
Can anyone offer some advice.
P.S. We have about 25 users and this is the only one affected.
