bulk email (outlook 2000)

I would like to make a bulk email of a weekly church newsletter. The body of the message would remain the same from week to week with only the attachment changing. I will be attaching the newsletter as a pdf file. How can I create a basic message to start from each week with standard text that I can add the current week's newsletter to and send. I would like the message to be text only, which I believe negates the use of outlook templates. I fairly inexperienced with outlook and would appreciate any assistance with this problem. Thanks!

You can use templates or forms.

To save some message text as either, first draft your message. Then:

To save as a Template, choose File
