Outlook Mail Filters (Outlook 2000 SR1)

Several colleagues share an email account and want to be able to just download mesages addressed to them, ie ignore all others. In Outlook Express you can craete a rule where if, for example, "john" isn't in the "To" line then the messgae isn't downloaded.
There doesn't seem to be an equivalent in Outlook 2000 - or am I missing something!
    Any suggestions gratefully received.

This NOT controled by Outlook but by your email server. You need to get seperate email address's for what you want to do.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

This is similar to what we do for our reps. Each of these users is set up on Exchange as normal, plus we set up a hidden user, Rep. In the delivery options for each of these users, specify the alternate recipient as (in our case) Rep.
Then on the Rep PC, in Outlook set up separate folders in the Inbox with each user name, and then create rules to move mail addressed to user X to folder X etc
