Vcards (2000)

When I forward a Contact record as a Vcard to a person using Outlook Express the Vcard attachment does not appear in the message received by Outlook Express. Another Outlook Express user tells me he receives the the Vcards but they are only are only readable with WordPad. How does a person not using Outlook open and read a Vcard, and save it to an address book?

    Re: Vcards (2000)

I know there is a Knowledgebase article on this, but I can't find it at the moment. For versions of Outlook Express prior to version 6 (of which I have no knowledge), it was a three step process:
    1.
Save the vCard to disk.

Open Address Book.

Use File|Import|Business Card to import the vCard.
The vCard should look just like any other attachment in OE. If it isn't received, I couldn't tell you why.
