I have a user whose Out of Office Assistant isn't working. He turns it on, but when people send him emails, they get no AutoReply. We've tested it extensively and are unable to get it to send an AutoReply to anyone. But if I log onto that machine, and turn on my OOO, it works fine. I attempted to make Outlook create a new profile for him, as suggested in a reply to post 94015, but that didn't seem to work either. Any other suggestions, or things that I should check to diagnose the problem. Thanks in advance!
