    Custmonizing Current View

I want to use a time field so a Outlook 2000 Contact form is not shown until the designated time.

I have achieved this for the relevent date by using a date field with Advanced Filter "on or before" "today" which works fine.

    Any suggestions?

i'm not sure i'm clear on what you want to do.

A custom form with a date field that you can them filter on?

    Hi Mary

I have created a contacts sub folder in OL2000 to keep track of my work load. Each contact contains my "to do's" for the day. I only want to view contacts with work I need to do on a given day. I have achieved this using a date field and a filter "on or before" "today".

What I have been unable to do is designate a time for the contact form to appear, ie I want the form to reappear in view in another say two hours or 2pm tomorrow or say 10am 04/03/2002.

I have tried time fields from various downloaded add on's but cannot make it work. I suspect I will need code to reference current date & time with the time field I create.

    Is there any other way?
