    Word/Outlook (Office St'd 2M)

    With Office St'd I don't have Access. The only data base I have is Works. Word doesn't seem to talk to Works so I can't access my address book to supply an address for letters written in word. Is there a way to access addresses so I don't have to type my envelopes each time? I also can't access mailing addresses from Outlook. Hope someone can help. Thanx!

    Do you use Outlook? Have you entered addresses in the Contacts folder or a Personal Address Book? There is a way in Outlook to designate the folder(s) that you want to use as your address book, and then this will carry over to Word. In Word, you can use Tools>Customize... to add InsertAddress (or something similar) to a menu or toolbar.

    A few searches in the Outlook forum should clear this right up. However, if you don't use Outlook, it gets a bit harder...
