    Chinese Fonts

One of the employee's in our office is having problems printing e-mails and/or documents received from China. He has Windows 98, Office 97 and Outlook 2000. I watched him open a short message in Outlook, which looked fine on the screen, but printed "gobbledegook" on the top of many pages when he tried to print it. I'm thinking he maybe doesn't have Chinese fonts installed or needs a filter of some kind. He forwarded the message to me and it printed just fine. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks.

    Replace the printer drivers.
