    Working Hours in Appointments

    I wanted to set up a meeting. So I invited some workers. The meeting was going to be from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. One person I invited modified his working time from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. When I select plan a meeting and invite him, it tells me he is "free". Actually he stopped working at 3:00 PM, but it doesn't tell me that. Any help>>

    AFAIK, that is a client-specific setting. Your Start and End working hours are not replicated with your free/busy information. If you check the Attendee Availability when you schedule an appointment, you'll notice the time span published for the attendee you're inviting is the same as what you specified for your own working hours.

    I don't think you can use that as criteria for attendee availability. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
