    adding fonts

my outlook (plain text) messages appear to be limited to just a few fonts, how do i access the fonts already on my windows system to be used in my outgoing messages?

    Re: adding fonts

if using plain text t really doesn't matter, use the font that is easiest on your eyes and the person you send to will use the one they like, only the text transmits, not the font.. For example, if you send me a plain text message and use comic sans only you see comic sans, i like arial and when i read it, it'll be using arial font.

if using RTF or HTML, then the font information is transmitted. (Avoid using RTF unless you know the person uses Outlook.)
