    Outlook Question (Outlook 2003)

My Office uses Outlook 2003. My secretary must e-mail to me any appointments (meetings) so that my calendar will be updated. I have utilized the settings that indicate that messages can be processed upon arrival etc. to no avail. I would appreciate any assistance that can help automate the insertion of these items into my Calendar. Thanks!

    Re: Outlook Question (Outlook 2003)

Are you on an Exchange Server? Outlook provides excellent delegation tools which will allow your Assistant to set up your appointments directly in your calendar. Select Calendar, right-click, select Properties, Permissions. If you are not on Exchange Server, (s)he may still be able to access your Calendar, but I'm less familiar with how that is done outside Exchange.
