    PowerPoint Graphics (Any)

You might find this link interesting - it's a book of artwork done by Talking Heads' David Byrne.

    Re: PowerPoint Graphics (Any)

Having never used the program before, I found it limiting, inflexible, and biased, like most software. ... Although I began by making fun of the medium, I soon realized I could actually create things that were beautiful. I could bend the program to my own whim and use it as an artistic agent.
I thought his quotes were interesting. IMHO most of the "best" or at least most recognizable art occurs when the artist has to stay within some sort of rules. Self-imposed or created by the media they have chosen. Instead of complaining about those limits, he explored them.

    Anyhow, pretty philisophical for a PPT forum. <img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15>
