    Save As shortcuts

When I save documents the dialogue box contains some shortcuts on the left hand side - these are History, My Documents, Desktop, My Computer, My Network places

I am sure I can add other shortcuts to this list but can't figure out how to do it.

    Any ideas?

    Re: Save As shortcuts

You can customize the Places Bar, as it is called, in the Windows Registry: see OFF2000: How to Customize the Places Bar for Office 2000, or HOW TO: Customize the My Places Bar in the "Open" and "Save As" Dialog Boxes for Office 2002.

Woody sells a Places Bar customizer that hides the nasty registry details behind a user-friendly interface. See the WOPR link at the bottom of the Lounge page.
