    PowerPoint 3D (2000)

I want to prepare a slide (with a landscape background), that would allow me to put text in the forefront and background appearing as if some of that text is "on the horizon," and some is close to the screen. The basic tent here is that short-term projects appear closest, while longer term ones are smaller in the background. Could be done with a space shot as well. Does anyone have any ideas to share to make this easy? Is it possible?

Really the only way I know of is to use the power of illusion... the words that are "closest" are largest and along the bottom of the page... the ones "further away", smaller and smaller and higher and higher up on the page. Just make sure that ones the same distance away are the same size and the same position on the page.
    Hope this helps
    have fun
