    Mail Merge

    I have created a data base and mail merged it with word. I would like to know if I have to go through creating a new mail merge doc. each time I add new data to my data base.

    Hi Sonia,

    No. Not at all. Just be sure to save the Word Document with the Merge information so that you can re-execute the Merge after you've added or changed data in the database.
