    Importing contact info (Outlook XP)

    Our company would like to import contacts from their Access database into Outlook. This would include address information and categories. This would be done on a regular basis. We thought we would export the info from our database into an excel comma delimited file and then import into Outlook. Is there a way of doing this on a regular basis without overwriting original information in Outlook? For example, if we add a new category to a contact and just want this new information added, is this possible? I guess it would be more of a synchronization process between the two files. Can this be done directly from Access to Outlook? Thank you for any help.
