Exchange 5.5, just installed SP4 for Exchange. Prior to SP4 (we were on SP3 then) using Outlook Web Access, >Options in OWA did _not_ show 'change password'. Now that we are on SP4 for Exchange, OWA does display 'change password'. Clicking on that button opens a new browser window which eventually displays "The page can not be displayed".

We are not using SSL. I was under the impression that for OWA users to be able to change their NT logon account password, that we would have to have SSL enabled. BUT, now that we are on SP4, the change password button magically appeared.

QUESTION - Do we _have_ to have SSL to enable users to change their NT logon password? If not, to what page does the "The page cannot be displayed" error message refer??
