    Outlook Stationary (Outlook 2002)

I have been having some difficulty creating html stationary. I have a message that is formatted the way I want, but the only way I have found to use it is to keep forwarding the old message. I can delete all the text and write the new message. However, I would like to be able to click new message and have a blank message formatted the way the old message is. The main problem I am having is with our company logo. I cannot seem to get it inserted into new stationary. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Re: Outlook Stationary (Outlook 2002)

Usually you would have the logo image file (e.g., logo.jpg or logo.gif) in the same folder as the stationery (e.g., letterhead.html) and the stationery would contain a link to the image file. When the message is sent, Outlook will embed the image into the message. If you are using a link to a public web server rather than a link to a local file, Outlook will embed the image in the message only if you tell it to do so. Does this help?
