    online account (Quicken)

    very strange ... ive been using quicken for about 3 years now and never been anything but impressed ...
    recently i tried to dload my account information and received the error msg - "Quicken does not have an online account to handle these transactions. Make a selection below or click the "open diffenent quicken file" button to select a different quicken data"
    Im at a complete loss because ive been doing the same thing for over a year now?
    any suggestions ... im off to go check for an update but i dont think that should do anything
