    Office 97 Professional

    I am trying to uninstall office 97 profession and receive the following error message:-

    Setup cannot access the required initialization file "E:RNSCLN97.OPC".

    Typically, but not always, drive E: is assigned to a CD-ROM drive. (Why Office 97 would need a file from the CD-ROM to uninstall is beyond me.) Assuming the Office 97 CD-ROM is needed, insert it into the drive. If you have already done so, it is possible that the drive letter has changed for the CD-ROM, in which case you will have to tell the program where to find it.
